Lawyer and member of the Quebec Bar since 2019, Me Chloé Blouin-St-Gelais is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Sherbrooke. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from Laval University, as well as a graduate diploma (DESS) in Translation from the University of Montreal. Passionate about human relations and international issues, she naturally chose to focus her career on immigration law. In her practice, she assists a diverse clientele of individuals, employers, and businesspeople with both temporary and permanent immigration processes. Me Blouin-St-Gelais stands out for her rigor, meticulousness, and human-centered approach to law, always prioritizing clarity and quality in the services she provides to her clients.

She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association (Quebec Division), Immigration and Citizenship Section, and also belongs to the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers (AQAADI).

Me. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal. A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2022, he primarily practices as a business immigration lawyer. In parallel with his professional career, Mr. Robertson has also been engaged in high-level athletics since 2014.

Me Pamela Castro

Me Pamela Castro holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica, where she practiced as a public law attorney for several years. Her interest in international issues led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Law at the University of Toulouse 1 in France, before settling in Quebec.

After obtaining her Certificate in Law from the University of Montreal, she completed the Quebec Bar School training and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since February 2025. She completed her internship at a law firm specializing in immigration law.

Rigor and calm characterize her practice. Thanks to her analytical skills and keen attention to detail, she strives to prepare thorough, well-crafted applications tailored to each client’s needs. Her own experience as an immigrant allows her to deeply understand the human and administrative challenges her clients face, providing guidance with both sensitivity and precision.
